. Q1.How do I inquire about an order record?
  Answer:
Please go to the "Member Center" and click "Inquiry about my transaction record". You will be able to browse the details of all your orders.

. Q2.Can I cancel an order by myself?
  Answer:
Members cannot cancel orders by themselves. If there is a need to cancel your order, please send an E-mail to the Customer Service Center.

  Answer:
Please go to the "Member Center" and click "Inquiry about my transaction record". You will be able to check the delivery status by the order number.
